Join us where it all started nearly 200 years ago. We are grateful to host our loved ones for a celebration of family this Thanksgiving at The Annual Hines Family Thanksgiving Reunion in Louisville, KY

Itinerary

Wednesday

Upon arrival come kick it in the Al J. Schneider Atrium, located on the fourth floor of the Embassy Suites in Downtown Louisville, as we look to catch up, laugh, and chill.

Pizza, wings and refreshments will be provided in the Atrium starting at 4 PM. Complimentary appetizers and cocktails are served daily in the Third floor lounge from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

Thursday

Thanksgiving Dinner will be held on the third floor of the Embassy Suites in Downtown Louisville.

Stay tuned for the Thanksgiving buffet style menu. Come ready to Eat, Dance, and of course watch the Cowboys game!

Dinner will be served at 5 PM.

Raffle and Manager's Reception to follow.

Friday

Hines Family Day at The Track returns in style!

Our charter bus will depart the Embassy Suites in Downtown Louisville at 11:40 AM. Gates open at Noon and the first post will be at 1 PM. The bus will leave the Track at approx. 6:45 PM.

Ticket includes admission, Chef's Table Buffet and unlimited soft drinks.

Saturday

For those able to stick around for Saturday let's plan to take advantage of that time and visit some of the many activities Downtown Louisville has to offer.

Admission fees and travel TBD.
